According to world economic forum's future jobs report, 50% of all employees will need reskilling by 2025, as adoption of technology increases.
The forum estimates that by 2025, 85 million jobs may be displaced by a shift in the division of labour, between humans and machines.
Greater adoption of technology will mean in-demand skills, across jobs changes over the next five years, and skills gaps will continue to be high.
The vast majority of business leaders now expect, 94% employees to pick up new skills on there jobs, a sharp rise from 65% in 2018.

People with analytical thinking skills are demand nowadays, Analytical thinking is not new, Humans have the capacity for analytical thinking for thousands of years. Thinking analytically involves, breaking things down into their parts quickly, and applying gut-level judgement to decisions.
It is the ability to tackle complicated issues, by evaluating information you have gathered and organized, You can detect patterns between datasets, that often lead to creative solutions.
Great analytical thinkers know when it’s time to stop analyzing, and take decisive action, They know that doing helps improve the learning process.

Active learning refers to instructional techniques, that allow learners to participate in learning and teaching activities, and to establish connections between ideas by analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating.

Companies are facing complex problems every day, To manage these issues, large sets of information known as ‘big data’, are used to define the right solutions, Artificial intelligence can gather huge amounts of data and analyse it, but businesses still need employees to question this information, and use complex problem solving skills to define the right plan of action.
