A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work. Success requires 99% hard work, and 1% inspiration. "Success" is the result of hard work, learning from your mistakes, loyalty, persistence and perfection. Thomas Edison has once said, “There is no substitute for hard work”.
Hard work is not a expected reaction, but it becomes attitude of a person. It needs to be done consistently.
Through hard work, we gain experience which helps us discover new things, which in turn helps us to work smartly. smart work and hard work together make a genius. I am deeply inspired by three famous personalities – Albert Einstein, Michael Jordan. Warren Buffet. In their stories, it is clear that they spent years working hard, in their respective fields to produce results, that the world had never known before!
Today, Warren Buffet can make smart judgments, in the field of investments. because he has worked hard to gain those skills. Buffet told "I do not shy away from hard work, as I see that the end result will be my ability, to work smartly, and be the best in a particular field".
Anyone can attain great heights, and lead a better and comfortable life, if they incorporates both smart and hard work together. Such a person in due time, attains all the honor and recognition.
If you are not smart, your hard work will never pay. Just like a donkey, only does hard work, whereas a horse does hard work, and uses his smartness whenever and wherever needed. In a similar way smart work is the result of hard work, to master the quality of smart work, one really needs to work hard.
Example: Every talented artist trains and gets mentored to perfect their skills. They spend years practicing without taking any breaks, or shortcuts to make themselves the best. Once they reach the peak of success, they tend to make fewer errors, and are more experienced. This results in better time management, and less use of energy and effort. They have now become smart, by working hard. This rule applies to everyone on life.

"Head + Heart": You will have good planning, and emotional attachment to the work, but no work will get done, as your hands are not involved.

"Hand + Heart": You will work with passion, but without using your head. Well, you can only imagine what the outcome will be.
"Head + Heart + Hand": Of course, with a great plan and the right amount of passion, your actions will bring the best outcome. This is the best example of Prudent work.
